Where did August go... or the whole summer for that matter? Leaves are falling down and that special smell of fall is in the air. Had a long walk with my friend Immo the other day, sun was shining, and the air was moist, we walked by some wheat fields and the smell was so earthy&fresh, and the colours of fall so beautiful. One should probably enjoy fall more than one does, usually one feels sad because summer is already gone and the long winter is just waiting to enter. We do not have the best climate up here in the north, but one should try to enjoy the diversity, in the winter when the snow finally comes, one can go skiing and skating, and make snowballs and take long fresh walks in the white landscape...but before that there is that grey, dark, cold and rainy period that never seems to end, then it is not so much one can do besides work and find some hobbies to do inside..maybe go on a cooking course or something:) ...if one has the time...
Otherwise we are all well. Liina& Viivi enjoys daycare and goes to kiddies dancing classes every saturday. I try go out jogging at least 3 times a week and to gym a few days a week, it is import keeping up these routines even if having a hectic period otherwise in life. Nico has been cycling quite a lot, so we all try to keep up a healthy lifestyle.
Im busy finalizing all tours for the season and they have all sold full! Can you believe:) Im happy about this, it means that more and more people are understanding the beauty and variety southern africa has to offer. Im going to expand and include more countries to my selection, Tanzania, Malawi and lets see what else will come out of my plans. To Kenya there is already so many arranging tours. Altogether Im planning or guiding over 150 people this coming season, that means I must do something right:)
Have a wonderful week!
Jannika
