June..where is the summer?

Time passes by too quickly. Just the other day we came from SA,and now we are already in June. Where did 2 months go...?Before we know it´s november and we sit on a flight back to SA again.
But before that we try to fit in one or too trips in Finland and Europe, and hopefully a looong , hot summer in Sundom, but as it looks like now we get one nice day and 4 windy cold days. Our little boat Nico exchanged for his motorbike last year, is in water, and me and the girls have joined Nico once, otherwise the weather has been too cold. The girls loved it and were sipping juices during the ride...next time we have to bring a whole picnic basket with us, have a stop on one of the many islands. There will be plenty of fun things to do, once the weather gets WARM!! By now you all understand I love warm weather:)
Since we came back from SA the snow has melted and our front yard is nice and green. We have put up swings for the girls, and the famous trampoline is out again. The girls go to daycare during week, but they enjoy lazy mornings, no rush in our house, good if anyone is up before 8am, most mornings it is close to 9am. And late evenings, girls run around the house still 10pm in the evening with no sign of getting to bed, it must be the light evenings, as the sun is still up at 11pm. So, what we have done is putting up curtains in the girls rooms that does not let trough sunlight..lets hope this will work...But then again, we like late mornings, and it is summer, they should also get a chance to enjoy it...and the thought of the girls running around the house 6am in the mornings....no, better then in the evening.
Mosquitos are awake again and taking over for a few months, you cant be outside without getting attacked and bitten, I hate mozzies!
Me & nico try to be active and go to gym every week, sometimes 3-4 times, some weeks only once, depends on weather and what keeps us busy. We also try to run a few times a week. I think we live quite healthy.
I work at Lady Line ( gym)a few times a week, a good way to be social at the same time, meet the girls at work and have a break from planning tours. And on the tour side I have been quite busy, many tours to plan, both private and group tours, I have a busy season ahead of me, just counted i will be about 70 days on the road with groups. We will be based in cape town most of our stay, rented an apartment from there. We learnt a few things from our last 5 months there , and one thing is to plan better ahead, have a routine in our life while there, Liina is going to ballet classes every week( she loves dancing and wants to be a ballerina;) ,important for the girls. And Cape Town is a good base.
Girls are growing and doing fine. Viivi is talking more swedish every day, and Liina is getting more stubborn by the day, and as they play more and more with each other, they also fights more intense, but they do love each other very very much; Liina is a proud bigsister and Viivi a proud littlesister.Viivi is not shy to show what she thinks, I think one of her first words was: MINE MINE MINE...she also calls herself Meine:)
This morning when I got up early, I started work just after 6am, I got to the toilet and saw hair on the floor...and then in one of the draws..more hair...Liinas hair. She had last night got hold of the scissors and cut her hair because it was hanging in her eyes!!:) Children, last week we cut her fringe because the hair was hanging in her eyes and now she thought daddy did not cut good enough, she needed to cut a little bit more. She was sleeping when I left so I havent really seen the damage yet..I will put a picture in tonight.

This is all for now, I will try to write a bit more, even if my original plan was to use the blog during our stays in SA, but I know some of our friends in SA would like to what happens on this side of the world also.

Have good weekend all of you out there!
